  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 package flatbread
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together shredded chicken, chopped spinach, mozzarella cheese, olive oil, and garlic powder.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly over the flatbread.
  4. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
  5. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
