- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 flatbreads (store-bought or homemade)
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, cooking until mushrooms are tender.
- Stir in shredded chicken, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Place flatbreads on a baking sheet. Top each with the chicken and mushroom mixture, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
