  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 flatbreads (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, cooking until mushrooms are tender.
  3. Stir in shredded chicken, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Place flatbreads on a baking sheet. Top each with the chicken and mushroom mixture, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

  • For extra flavor, add fresh herbs like basil or parsley before serving.
