Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Manicotti

Deliciously creamy and stuffed with savory chicken, this Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Manicotti is sure to be a hit at your dinner table.

Ingredients

  • 12 manicotti pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the manicotti shells according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and cool.
  3. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, ricotta, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Stuff each manicotti shell with the chicken mixture.
  5. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish, then place the stuffed manicotti in the dish.
  6. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add spinach to the filling.
  • This dish can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days before baking.
