Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Roll Ups

A delightful, easy-to-make dish that combines chicken, alfredo sauce, and lasagna noodles for a comforting meal.

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  4. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Place a lasagna noodle on a flat surface, spread some of the chicken mixture on top, then roll it up.
  6. Repeat with remaining noodles and chicken mixture.
  7. Place the rolled noodles seam-side down into the baking dish.
  8. Top with remaining Alfredo sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider mixing in some chopped spinach or herbs into the ricotta mixture.
