- 1 pound chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and bell pepper; sauté until softened.
- Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
