  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  2. Add the onion and garlic to the pot, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the diced potatoes and chicken ham, cooking for another 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and add the Cajun seasoning. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender.
  5. Once the potatoes are tender, stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
