Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned, then drain.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the hashbrowns, cooked sausage, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
