- 1 loaf of brioche bread
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish with butter.
- Cube the brioche bread and place half in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle blueberries over the bread cubes.
- Top with the remaining bread cubes.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
