  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  3. Cube the brioche bread and place half in the baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle blueberries over the bread cubes.
  5. Top with the remaining bread cubes.
  6. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
  7. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread and blueberries.
  8. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  9. The next morning, uncover and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown.
