Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Stir in the softened butter and sugar until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs, espresso, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
