- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (for glaze)
