  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup sourdough starter
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup warm water

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine sourdough starter, warm water, and sugar. Stir until dissolved.
  2. Add flour and salt to the mixture. Knead until a dough forms.
  3. Incorporate blueberries and lemon zest gently into the dough.
  4. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm area for about 4 hours.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased pan.
