Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sourdough starter, warm water, and salt until a dough forms.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix until combined.
  3. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  4. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for 4-6 hours or until doubled in size.
