Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix warmed milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
  4. Add the yeast mixture, eggs, and butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  5. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  6. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  7. Roll out the dough and spread a layer of cream cheese and blueberries.
  8. Roll up the dough and place it in a loaf pan.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
