  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices cheese (optional)
  • Leafy greens for topping
  • Tomato slices for topping
  • Pickles for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Mix until well combined but do not overmix.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
  5. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. If using cheese, add a slice to each patty in the last minute of cooking.
  7. Serve on buns with leafy greens, tomato slices, and pickles.

Notes
