  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into muffin tins lined with paper liners.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and a bit of flour and sprinkle over the muffin batter for the crumb topping.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.
