Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, and sugar together until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
