- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
- In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, brown sugar, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
