  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the walnuts if using.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan to cool completely.
