Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Pour half of the pumpkin batter into a prepared loaf pan.
  7. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the batter, then top with the remaining pumpkin batter.
