- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef with onion and garlic until brown.
