  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef with onion and garlic until brown.
  3. Stir in cumin and chili powder, then add a portion of the enchilada sauce.
  4. Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and roll up.
  5. Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish and cover with the remaining enchilada sauce.
  6. Top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
