  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis into 1/4 inch rounds.
  3. In a bowl, mix the parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Dip each zucchini round into the beaten egg, then coat in the cheese mixture, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
  5. Place the coated zucchini rounds on a lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
