  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the orange sauce over them.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
  6. Take the baking dish out and stir in the slurry, returning to the oven for another 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with green onions before serving.
