Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti Casserole

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef; drain excess fat.
  4. Add diced tomatoes, marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the beef; mix well.
  5. In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, cream cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Stir in the meat sauce until well combined.
  7. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
