  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and Bailey’s Irish Cream.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the creamed mixture, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned. Cool on wire racks.
