- 1 cup gnocchi
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop.
- Add the diced onion and cook until translucent.
- Stir in the garlic and thyme, cooking for another minute.
