1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

1/2 cup buttermilk
2 cups apples, peeled and diced
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl, cream the sugar and butter together.
