Instructions

  3. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. In another bowl, combine the pumpkin, eggs, and vanilla.
  5. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and pat into a circle about 1 inch thick.
  7. Cut into wedges and place on a baking sheet.
