Air Fryer Parmesan Crusted Chicken

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
